With the home team having higher Gradings in 3 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

It was the number 5 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 103 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Ian Berrill.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 5 string, Ian Berrill, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 5 string, Ian Berrill, who over-turned a 538 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
