Trojans Ladies Lost to Nuffield Health Ladies in a one-sided match.
With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.
On paper, the number 2 string should have been the closest, with only 78 ranking points separating the two players before the match.
The Away player, Carol House, did well therefore to secure the win.
It was the number 1 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 137 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Bev Brockway.
Player of the tie was the Away No. 1 string, Bev Brockway, gaining 70 Ranking Points from the match.
Player of the match must be the Away number 1 string, Bev Brockway, who over-turned a 239 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
